Concrete Light

Zora Kreuzer (1986, Bonn) setzt sich in ihrem Werk mit Licht und Farbe auseinander. Ihre Arbeiten sind meist ortsspezifische Lichtinstallationen oder Wandmalereien. Im LABOR am Ebertplatz präsentiert sie eine eigens für diesen besonderen Ort kreierte Arbeit, die Innen und Außen, Ephemeres und Konkretes verbindet. Die Künstlerin malt mit Licht oder lässt die Farbe mit ihrer Leuchtkraft sprechen und integriert auch natürliche Veränderungen auf subtile Weise. Zora Kreuzer wandelt Räume in magische Orte.

In her works Zora Kreuzer (1986, Bonn) explores light and color. Her pieces are mostly site-specific light installations or murals. At LABOR at Ebertplatz, she is presenting a work created specifically for this unique location, one that bridges the interior and exterior, the ephemeral and the concrete. The artist paints with light or allows the color to speak through its luminosity, while also subtly incorporating natural changes. Zora Kreuzer transforms spaces into magical places.
